Pear & Chocolate Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1 can 398ml Del Monte pear halves in water, drained
1 cup vanilla soy beverage (or cow's milk)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Preparation
In a blender, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture. Serve in a tall glass with a straw. Enjoy!
