“The Golden Stitch Mocktail” - inspired by Harry Potter
Sit back and watch a good movie while sipping a delicious Del Monte pear mocktail, inspired by the Golden Snitch from the Harry Potter film series. A delight!
Ingredients
1 can Del Monte pear halves in 100% fruit juice from concentrate (3 Pear halves and 3/4 cup juice from the can)
1 cup
Spiced Ginger Punch
Ice
Cinnamon
Preparation
1. In a shaker, add 1 pear half and muddle it to mash. Add 3/4 cup pear syrup and ice. Shake to mix everything together.
2. In a serving glass, add ice. Pour the pear mix until the glass is 1/2 full.
3. Top it off with the spiced ginger punch.
4. Garnish with cinnamon stick, and half a pear.
