Seared Ahi Tuna and Peach Poke Bowls
Sliced peaches packed in water no sugar added
1 7-oz ahi tuna steak
1 tsp oil
¼ tsp salt
Fresh black pepper
1 cup cooked rice
½ cup sliced cucumber
½ cup edamame
½ can (398ml) Del Monte peach slices
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp sesame oil
Rub the tuna with oil and season with salt and pepper. Sear it in a super-hot oiled frying pan or in a preheated air fryer for 2 minutes on each side.
To make the super simple, yummy dressing, mix the mayo and sesame oil with enough water to thin it to drizzling consistency.
Divide rice between two bowls and add the toppings and sauce. Enjoy!
