Peach Mug Cake

Sliced peaches packed in water no sugar added

Ingredients

1 can 398ml Del Monte Peach slices, drained

1 + ½ tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp. brown sugar

4 tbsp. milk

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

½ tsp. baking powder

1-2 pinches of cinnamon

1 pinch salt

¼ cup flour

4-5 peach slices

1 tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Melt ½ tbsp. butter in a microwave-safe mug with 3-4 peach slices and ½ tbsp. brown sugar for 30 seconds.

In a bowl, whisk 1 tbsp. melted butter with 1 tbsp. brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt and a pinch of cinnamon. Add flour, stirring until just combined.

Spoon the batter over the peaches in the mug.

Place the remaining peach slices on top. Sprinkle with ½ tbsp. brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
