Winter-spiced pear sangria
Celebrate holidays or special occasions the right way with this Winter-spiced pear sangria recipe. This festive drink, which is a great classic for your receptions, has been revisited with a spicy touch and the addition of our delicious pears makes it magical! Ingredients
- 1 can (398 ml) Del Monte sliced pears in light syrup, keep the syrup aside
- 2 bottles of 750 ml orange wine
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Triple Sec type orange liqueur
- 1 orange, sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen cranberries
- 4 graines de cardamome
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 sprigs of rosemary

Club soda, to taste
Preparation
- Drain the pears, reserving 330 ml (1 1/3 cup) of syrup. Cut the pears into cubes.
- In a large punch bowl, combine all the ingredients except the club soda.
- Leave to macerate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight for even more flavor.
- Serve with ice cubes and top with club soda to taste.
