Pears Halves Packed in Water - No Sugar Added


1 can 398ml Del Monte Pear Halves, drained and chopped into cubes

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup oat milk

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 ¼ tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

Pinch salt

Garnish: remaining chopped pears & granola or nuts


In a small mixing bowl, add chopped pears, cinnamon and salt, and mix well.

In a separate, large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Add milk, ½ of pear mixture and stir well to combine.

Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.

Divide amongst 3 serving jars or bowls. Top each jar with remaining pears and a sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts. Enjoy!
