Mandarin, chocolate & pistachio overnight oatmeal

Mandarins in 100% fruit juice from concentrate


Cold oatmeal

1/3 cup quick cooking rolled oats

1 tbsp. cocoa powder

1 tbsp. chia seeds

½ cup plain (or vanilla) Greek yogurt

1 cup Del Monte mandarin orange wedges (use liquid and fruit)

2 tbsp. tablespoon milk (optional)

½ tsp. maple syrup

1 tbsp. unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped

Decoration (optional)

Mandarin orange slices

Chocolate chips

Unsalted pistachios, chopped


1. In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder and chia seeds. Add the remaining ingredients for the cold oatmeal and mix until combined. Add a few decorations on top of the oatmeal, if desired.

2. Refrigerate overnight or about 8 hours. Consume as a lunch on the go or as a snack.
