Creamy corn dip
about 8 oz (225 g) sour cream or vegetable spread
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp (5 ml) dehydrated onions
1 can Del Monte Mediterranean style corn medley
Salt and freshly ground pepper
- In a bowl, soften cream cheese or spread.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy with raw veggies, crackers, chips, etc.
May be served hot or cold. Microwave for about 2 minutes to reheat.
