Molten chocolate and fruits cake

Ingredients
- 125 g (3/4 cup) dark chocolate couverture
- 80 g (1/3 cup) butter
- 3 eggs
- 25 g (2 tbsp) sugar
- 5 ml (1 tsp) baking powder
- 60 g (1/2 cup) flour

1 Del Monte can (398 ml) Peaches or pears in 100% fruit juice
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Mix well and set aside.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
- Add the flour, baking powder and melted chocolate-butter mixture.
- Drain the fruit and cut them into small cubes.
- Divide half of the dough into 6 well-buttered ramekins.
- Place a large spoonful of diced fruit in the center of each ramekin then cover with the remaining dough.
- Cook for 15 minutes in the oven at 350°F (180°C) or 30-45 seconds in the microwave. Serve warm.
