Garlic & Parsley Bean Salad

Cut Green Beans


2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

3 garlic cloves, chopped

2 cans (398 ml) Del Monte cut beans, drained

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper


1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and garlic. Grill the garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Immediately remove from heat and pour into a container. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

2. In a bowl, combine the beans, parsley and garlic oil. Salt and pepper. To mix together.
