Ingredients

1 can 14 oz (398 ml) Del Monte very cherry mixed fruit

2/3 c (160 ml) plain yoghurt

1 ½ c (375 ml) ice cubes

2 tbsp (30 ml) chia seeds

1 ½ c (375 ml) Del Monte guava nectar

Preparation

  1. In a blender, empty the can of fruit mix. 
  2. Add yogurt, ice cubes and chia seeds.
  3. Add guava nectar and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into 2 large glasses and serve.
